As we are working with the community, we get these question very often. This is fantastic and we welcome all inquisitive minds to seek and work with us. At SikshaVrikshit, we encourage and develop positive and growth mindset for our knownledge seekers.
If we go back few hundred years back, the great leaders like Nelson Mendela and Mahatma Gandhi have achieved things that humanity never thought of earlier then. By believing on oneself, having the positive growth mindset, leading an action based and purpose driven life, these leaders changed the society. Great athletes of modern time and past time reached to such heights because of their consistency, disciple, practice and can do positive mindset. Were they leaders from birth ? The simple answer is no. They have worked on themselves day in and day out, outreached their limiting belief and strove for excellence in their respective field. For anyone to achieve such heights, one common quality across all such leaders has been their conviction to achieve something greater than themself. This conviction develops and matures when one discovers his/her goal; and find ways to connect it with the passion. When the passion is fueled with the positive growth mindset then nothing can stop the individual from achieving such greater heights.
The question then automatically comes, why is then not everyone is a leader? The answer is that everyone has the potential, one need to discover and build the mindset to strive for it. This is never easy, however not impossible. Great leaders around have achieved it.
There is an quote from Thomas Edision “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration”. And the only way to reach there is having positive and growth mindset.
